The reason is simple, Clip Studio Paint doesn't work fine anymore for me.
I was using CSP for sometime, started with the 1.0.3 japanese version and recently I have bought the english version just to quit patching japanese one (I'm getting lazy with all that patching stuff)
Was using it for a few hours and all goes Ok til now. It stops recognizing pen pressure randomly and no matter what I set on the settings menu, it does not work and you have to close the program.
Checked drivers, pen config, battery, etcetera. Tested aswell several graphic softs and it seems it's only a CSP issue so I got in contact with the Celsys user support.
The answer was quite simple: They do support Wacom. Period.
They also stand that way on the english OS requirements page you can see here: www.clipstudio.net/en/purchase…
Ok. It will be fine with me IF
the monitor didn't work from start on this sofware, even considering that 'wacom only' pose was not there until this release, but I just jumped from 1.3.8 japanese to 1.3.8 english version (both 64bits) so, seriously, WTF?
Take it as a caution sign if you use this soft and you're not on a Wacom device. Mine is a Yiynova MSP19U and I have no intention to switch on a Cintiq because of, guess what, my bugdet.
